buddy nix, overall franchise direction
by now everyone has formed opinions on the hires of nix and Chan gailey. regardless of how you felt/feel, its what you're going to be dealing with for a minimum of 2-3 years. with free agency approaching, how aggressive do you think the bills will be? how about other teams? do you have any targets (as unrealistic as they may be) you would like to see your fav team target? ill say that i would like to see the bills target dwan Edwards from the ravens. obviously, i would like to see someone like Ryan Pickett (still un-tagged) but i don't see that being realistic. if buffalo signed dwan Edwards and maybe joey porter they would have eased the transition to the 3-4.

i asked adam schefter
Q: What do you think the Bills are going to do with the ninth pick? OT is an obvious need, but with Russell Okung and Brian Bulaga possibly gone, what direction do they look? Reach for a guy like Dan Williams/Rolando McClain/Trent Williams? Hope Jimmy Clausen is still on the board?
-- Jeremy Clark (Buffalo)
A: Good questions, Jeremy. The Buffalo Bills must address the offensive line, first and foremost. If there's a worthy tackle there -- and I also would include Williams in that group -- then they have to pounce on him. But both of their lines need help. If there's a defensive lineman that they are enamored with who's available, they'd have no problem going there. Either way, the Bills must hit on the pick. And offensive lineman would be ideal.
